Hola! Bueno pues, this week was super good!! We had transfer calls this past weekend so that was exciting to hear! Um, this week we were almost attacked by dogs! Went tracting with the branch, and yeah it was a good week! So my greatest challenge this week was I think the heat. It got super hot up here. We were dying! And we did a ton of tracting all week so we were in the sun a lot! So I think the greatest blessing was all the people that let us in their homes and gave us water and stuff. My favorite person this week, I think it would have to be this girl named Magali. We found her tracting on Wednesday and she is super cool and was just super nice and pumped about learning more! The only thing is she says she would prefer to go to church in English, she is Mexican, but doesn't really understand a lot of Spanish. So that was lame just cause every time we find someone cool, they either don't live here, or its a referral that we give to the English missionaries! This week I didn't really have a fav scripture, but something I started doing this week in my studies was an idea Elder Bednar gave in one of his talks. And that is to take a pass along Book of Mormon, and start reading it with a specific topic or question written in the front. And studying it based on that topic as you read through it and highlight things that have to do with your topic or question. And then do that every time you finish it. So I started that this week. And it has been super awesome! My question is "How can I be the best representative of Jesus Christ possible?" And yeah its pretty awesome, I have never studied like that. So the funniest thing this week, we were tracting and knocked on this door that nobody answered, so we went to the next house. Then the guy before came outside in a robe telling us his neighbors were not home and yelling and cussing at us telling us to leave! And I was like, "Okay thank you! We will see you later!" So we knocked on the next door cause it was like a duplex thing. And he kept yelling, telling us to leave. We just stood there and told him to stop and we would find out if they are home and want to listen for ourselves. Then he walked away, then next thing we know he is walking towards us holding these two huge dogs by their collars and yelling, "Get out of here or I'll show you what the real Jesus looks like!" Haha this guy was crazy!! So funny but kinda scary too haha. White people are nuts! Well I am running out of time, but here is the news. So I am being transferred to Moses Lake, training a brand new missionary from the MTC! Its gonna be super fun! I'm pumped! I'm sad to leave Yakima and Elder Miles, but it will be good! Anyway, here is a recording with a little more about my week if you care to listen, sorry if its long haha love you all!
